I ship from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada
Do you accept refunds, or exchanges?
We accept refunds and exchanges on case by case basis. Please make sure you read product descriptions thoroughly before making your purchase. We cannot refund shipping costs and may require new shipping to be purchased by the customer if an item needs to be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with your order please make sure to reach out to us with the contact form!
I put the wrong address what do I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we will help! If your order has shipped and you have a tracking number, you may be able to contact your local courier to get the package re-routed. Otherwise, we cannot help until your package is returned to us.
My package was marked returned to sender
Returned packages can be refunded or resent if the cost of shipping is paid by the customer. In some cases, USA and International returned packages may have extra retrieval fees set by our courier that the customer must cover (ranged from $5 - $25). We cannot resend any orders or process refunds that the customer cannot pay return fees.

Do you ship to the EU or UK?
Due to VAT we do not currently ship to anywhere in the EU or UK. Please check to see if our Etsy is open and you can place an order there as they charge VAT tax at checkout!
Why isn't my Country available for shipping?
If your Country isn't showing up as an option to ship to, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you! Due to the rise of shipping costs in the last year we do not currently offer worldwide shipping but we are more than happy to find out how much it would be to get something to you!
How long is the processing time?
Currently, our processing time is 1-2 weeks. As of right now, honeysips is only something I’m able to part time. During the day I work full time which leaves minimal free time throughout the week to work on orders! If you need something by a certain timeframe I can try to accommodate to the best of my abilities
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Because we ship from an island, our packages need to be picked up from my house and taken by boat to the Mainland to be processed and shipped further from there. Sometimes this process can take longer than usual and tracking may take a few extra days to update. Once a label is printed your tracking will immediately update to Pre-Transit--this does not always mean it has been shipped on that date but rather ready to be picked up. Pick-ups happen 1-3 days after labels are printed. In some cases for USA and International orders, your tracking will continue to say Pre-Transit until it crosses the border and arrives at the US fulfilment center. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause--unfortunately it is still the cheaper and faster shipping method to offer you!

An item is sold out, will you restock it?
I cannot guarantee any of my items will be restocked. Honeysips is still a very small business run out of my tiny apartment and I don't have the space to hold lots of stock all at once. If a restock is coming, we will make sure to update our mailing list and our social media in advance!
